ISSHP guidelines are organized chronologically to reflect the evolution of international standards in the classification, diagnosis, and management of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. In addition to official ISSHP publications, national and international professional bodies may endorse or adapt ISSHP recommendations within their own clinical guidance frameworks.
